8.5.2 Check before driving:

a. Body part: Whether the bolts of each part are fastened, whether there is oil leakage in the lock cylinder and the outer fuse cylinder of the machine body, whether the umbrella plate is loose or severely worn, the tension of the V-belt and the presence or absence of breakage, turning back, broken There is no ore in the cavity.

b. Electrical part: Whether the electronic control system is normal, whether the alarm system is normal, and whether the ammeter is zero.

c. Lubrication part: Whether the oil level of the thin oil station is sufficient, whether the oil leaks, whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated, and whether the opening of each valve is suitable. Start the oil pump and check whether the oil difference in the lubrication system is normal. The pressure of the oil supply pipe is in the range of 0.5-1.5kgf/cm2, and the oil return temperature should not exceed 500C.

8.5.3 When driving, it must be started without load. After confirming that everything is normal, you can contact the feeding.

8.5.4 Inspection and maintenance during operation, once every 30 minutes, find problems and deal with them in time.

a. Oil supply pressure: 0.5-1.5kgf/cm2, return oil temperature is less than 550C.
