2 Types of roadway repair and its causes

2.1 Types of roadway disrepair

Roadway disrepair is due to the existence of weak faces (fissures, bedding, joints, etc.) in the rock body, which destroys the stability of the surrounding rock and is deformed or destroyed by the ground pressure, resulting in roofing or sheeting. In the production, the common types of roadway disrepair are: topping, piece gang, bottom drum or topping plus piece, piece and bottom drum.

2.2 Causes of roof collapse

3.3 Causes and treatment methods for roof failure of soft rock and coal roadway support roadway

Soft rock and coal roadway support roadway roof collapse and disrepair, which is mainly caused by stress, creep of surrounding rock, deformation of support or damage of supporting materials. The processing method generally adopts:

(1) When the roof area is not large, the length of the roof can not exceed 5m along the roadway. The two groups are not empty and the roof is at the top. There are safety exits at both ends. It can be taken first and then cleared from the outside to the shed. Help with the way;

(2) When the roof area is large and the ends of the roof area cannot be connected, the order from bottom to top and from the outside to the inside can be adopted, and the wedge method is used for processing;

(3) When the roof is broken after the roof is broken, it can not be treated according to the size of the roadway after the wedge is restrained by the condition. Namely: use the wedge method to help the short leg shed to advance 3~5m, in order to control the purpose of controlling the broken slate, and then replace the shed leg from the outside to the inside.

4 preventive measures

4.1 For the roadway that has been constructed

Adhere to the principle of prevention. Prevent problems before they occur, encrypt the number of roadway inspections, and prioritize the planned repairs. Establish and improve the roadway inspection system, conduct regular inspections of the main roadways, establish inspection patrol accounts, and complete records.

4.2 For unconstructed roadways
