United Tongda Data Center officially opened! The first batch of Guangdong and Chongqing customers visited and exchanged


On April 21, 2017, the joint truck united Tongda Data Center was formally put into operation at the Wuhu Union Building in Anhui. On the opening day, a joint truck customer delegation from Jiangxi and Guangdong visited the Unicom Data Center to conduct a study and exchange.



The Unicom Data Center was established in early 2017 and its office address is located in Union Building. This official operation is another masterpiece of the joint truck intelligence strategy. The center will use the vehicle big data analysis as a basis to create value for customers and use industry-leading intelligent logistics solutions to help customers innovate in fleet management models.

On April 21st, a joint truck customer group from Jiangxi and Guangdong took two batches to experience the experience of the Unicom Data Center. Unicom G7 was officially released on December 26, 2016. It is an intelligent truck system created by the joint truck for customers. It collects engine ECU data through CAN bus technology to show customers the most realistic mileage and fuel consumption during the vehicle's driving. Data such as driving behavior is also a joint upgrade product.

Unicom G7 digitally displays vehicle operating data and driver driving behavior, including: idling, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, sudden braking, sharp cornering, and excessive engine speed, and predicts in advance the problems of driver's driving, using big data to drivers. The scoring and assessment of driving behavior can effectively enhance the operation and control of vehicles. Through the installation of Unicom G7, it can help owners more effectively manage the fleet, improve vehicle attendance, and reduce operating costs.

At present, the joint truck major customers such as Dongchang Group, Yichang Logistics, Jinma Coking and Yilian Logistics have all started the Unicom G7 system. The system has been successfully applied in trunk lines, hazardous chemicals, and muck vehicles.

After training, the customers were very impressed with the features of Unicom G7. They consulted various issues regarding the installation and use of Unicom G7 in detail, and expressed the hope that Unicom G7 systems could be installed on vehicles in the future.



Tan Dong introduced that at present, United Trucks will deploy and install the Unicom G7 system for new customers for free, and provide free training, and let customers use it for one year free of charge. A welding gun is a portable device used to achieve semi-automatic or automatic welds on pieces of metal. It can connect with our MLWF70 high negative pressure smoke purifier to move with welding head and capture the fume at source.

6. Central Fume Extraction System

1) Cantilever type fume extraction system

Cantilever dust removal can be used for manual welding conditions where the work stations are evenly distributed and the span is small. The smoke and dust generated by each welding station can be effectively absorbed at the dust generation point, and will not pollute other parts of the workshop. The skeleton of the suction arm is similar to a human arm and can hover in a space within a certain length. The outer layer of the suction arm is a temperature-resistant hose, which not only prevents the hose from being burned by sparks, but also ensures the flexibility of the movement of the suction arm. A unique rotating structure is designed on the position of the Suction Hood to ensure that the suction hood can be aligned with the welding position in any orientation, so that the suction arm can effectively capture the smoke and dust generated during the welding process. The advantage of the suction arm capture is that it can be close to the place where the smoke is generated, and the collection effect is better.

Room-type dust removal is suitable for the purification of fumes and smoke generated during the production of automated equipment, such as welding robots, welding machines, grinding, grinding and polishing of metal and plastic parts, drilling, thermal processing, cutting and crushing, stone processing, powder packaging, solid particles and various dusts and fumes produced by mixing and processing.

For working conditions such as robot automatic welding, circular seam and longitudinal seam welding, the smoke and dust purifier is installed with the robot workstation, so that the workstation has its own dust removal function. The fume and smoke are effectively collected through equipment components such as pipes and dust hoods. The room-type design prevents the volatilization and diffusion of smoke to keep the air in the workshop clean.

The working conditions with moderate welding workpieces and large amounts of dust and smoke are suitable for room-type treatment solutions. The room type centralized dust dedusting solution is divided into side suction and top suction method dust collecting ways. 4) Blow suction type fume extraction system

Blow-suction type dust removal solution is a ventilation air flow composed of blown air and inhaled air flow. Therefore, it is a dust removal method that can effectively control the spread of pollution sources. This dust removal method is installing exhaust inlets on two-span center column or single-span side column (wall) and air outlets on the opposite wall column to form a circulating air flow to drive the smoke and dust into the purification machine, consequently performing overall dust removal and purification in the workshop. This system occupies a small area and has obvious purification effect, which is suitable for the purification of smoke and smoke in more complex production workshops.
