Shanghai, China----At the Bauma China Show 2016, Liebherr exhibited a new disc mixer, which was the focus of the concrete and prefabricated industries.
The disc mixers from Liebherr have been renowned throughout the world for concrete production companies worldwide. The new RIV2.5D disc mixer offers a higher quality of concrete and sets a new benchmark for the production of high quality concrete.
One advantage shared by all Liebherr-made disc mixers is the annular agitation tank system. This unique design ensures that all materials are thoroughly agitated by the mixing blades or agitation tools for fast and easy workability. There is no mixing dead angle in the material during the mixing process. The new disc mainframe adds a continuously variable design of the dual planetary system and is not constrained by spindle speed. The two high performance motors mechanically drive the planetary agitator independently of each other. The advantage of this design is that the speed of each mixing tool can be optimally adjusted at any time during the mixing process. The installation position of the two sets of mixing tools is different from the distance between the main mixing tools, ensuring all-round high-efficiency mixing. In addition, the mixing tool also ensures that the cement slurry is perfectly bonded.
High speed operation of the mixing tool to avoid material agglomeration. When stirring, the speed can be adjusted to a preset stirring mode by the inverter. In this way, different rotational speeds can be selected during the feeding and unloading process to accommodate the different needs of dry or wet agitation. The circular grooves of all disc mainframes, including the new RIV2.5D, are open design, which allows for optimum feeding and easy access to all mixing tools in the mainframe. The mixing main cover is designed to be flexible and does not touch the attachment of the upper suspension. It can be opened 30% to 60% according to different requirements. At the same time, maintenance personnel can enter from above the main unit for easy maintenance. The transmission and drive motor are designed under the mixing machine for easy maintenance. At the same time, the upper space of the main unit is abundant, leaving enough space for the feeding or dust removal equipment.
