89 batches of cold water meter product test results announced six batches of unqualified
[China Instrument Network Instrument Industry] In the third batch of 2017, the National Bureau of Quality Supervision has spot-checked Beijing, Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing and Sichuan. 89 batches of cold water meter products produced by 89 companies in 15 provinces and municipalities.
The spot check is based on the requirements of GB/T 778-2007 "Drinking cold water meter and hot water meter for measuring the flow of water in closed pipes" and CJ/T 133-2012 "IC card cold water meter" and other standards for cold water meter products. The indication error, pressure loss, water control function (applicable to IC card water meter), electromechanical conversion error (applicable to IC card water meter), static magnetic field (applicable to IC card water meter), static pressure and other six items were examined.
Spot checks found that 6 batches of products did not meet the requirements of the standard, involving error indication, pressure loss, static pressure, water control functions, electromechanical conversion error items.
