The ship is a 57,500-ton bulk carrier built by Wuzhou Company for Ningbo Shipping Co., Ltd. It is also the fourth ship built by Wuzhou Company for this series.
On the basis of the construction of this series of ships, Wuzhou Company has explored and developed a set of trial operation project schedules that meet the requirements of the classification society, meet the requirements of shipowners, have the characteristics of Wuzhou, and conform to the actual and optimized combination. .
The trial, cab communication and navigation equipment acceptance and host load test began at the same time, under the specific conditions of the host, insert noise vibration test, shaft grounding, exhaust gas boiler evaporation, accumulator test, water machine test and broadcast telephone alarm Wait for the test project. In addition, in the host's 4-hour 100% speed test project, the unmanned cabin project was scheduled for the last two hours, which saved several hours; the barge test project was arranged in the dock mooring test, reducing The project arrangement of the trial flight; through the combing and optimization of the trial flight project, the purpose of shortening the trial flight cycle was achieved, and the trial period of the new ship was greatly shortened.
During the trial, the responsible personnel of each project were determined, including the engine workshop, the quality inspection department and the technical department, all of whom designated special personnel to be responsible for a certain project, improve the implementation efficiency of the project, and improve the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the pilot personnel. At the same time, the trial flight was also strongly supported by the representatives of the Ningbo Maritime Shipowners and the Classification Society. During the trial flight, the shipowners' representatives and the classification society staff worked closely to ensure the successful completion of the sea trial project. At about 3 pm on June 2, the dock was docked, and it took about 30 hours. The "Mingzhou 78" round of trials returned and succeeded in one fell swoop.
Previously, the trial time of the 2# ship “Zhehai 353†and the 3# ship “Zhehai 168†of the series was about 1 day and a half. The valuable experience gained from previous practice was well applied in the follow-up ship. At present, Wuzhou has developed a set of increasingly perfect trial procedures through the exploration and experience of different ship types, sea trials, and gradually cultivated a team of experienced pilots.
