On April 11-13, BASF demonstrated its high-performance and eco-friendly products at the 2012 China International Dyestuff Industry and Organic Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Hall.
BASF's cold pad-batch bleaching process, Degussa soap lotion RSA, ECO printing system, silicone softeners, Luole water-based coating system, etc., can help customers reduce textile processing water consumption by 67% and reduce energy consumption by 60%; It can also help customers to reduce overall process time and reduce carbon emissions by 61% while meeting the requirements of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
It is widely used in the textile industry for vat dyeing, reduction agent, printing and stripping, textile materials bleaching, It is also used in bleaching for paper pulps, Kaolin, leather, bamboo wares, foodstuffs and beverages.
