Southwest Oil and Gas Dehydration Plant Trial Run
South Oil & Gas Field Company introduced the skid-mounted membrane natural gas dewatering device for the first time and installed it at the Fu 1 well station of the Minnan Gas Mine. After repeated adjustments, it was successfully commissioned in recent days. The dehydration unit is designed to process 100,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day, reduce the production of condensate water in the gas pipeline after operation, and provide users with better, environmentally friendly green and natural gas energy. In order to enable the device to reach the "safe, stable, long, full, and excellent" trial operation, the technical staff of the Minnan Gas Mining Organization learned Daqing's "three-oriented, five-to-spot" work methods, and went to pay for the study of the 1 well station. Grasp the use of new equipment and start-up commissioning technology. After testing, the water dew point of natural gas after dehydration reached minus 5 °C, which meets the design requirements.
