What are the precautions in the daily operation of the tapping machine?
1. Normally the torsion force of the torque collet is already set at the factory, but when attacking tougher materials or after using for a period of time, it must be adjusted again to set the torque.
2. The torsion tube clamp housing has two small holes, allowing half of the groove to adjust the torque, which is very important in adjusting the torque control below M3.
3. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to lift the buckle and insert it into the two round holes on the torque adjustment ring with a needle-nose pliers. Turn clockwise to increase the torque and counterclockwise to decrease the torque.
4. After adjustment, insert the buckle into the hole in the collet housing and the torque will not change.
5, the torque collet is to ensure high-precision thread, so the torque collet can not be randomly placed, litter, throw, so as not to affect the accuracy of tapping.
6, when the air motor does not turn, the general situation is not enough power, please check whether the pressure is adjusted to 6-8KG.
7. When the air motor rotates and the torsion tube clamp slips, there may be too hard material or high material viscosity. Please increase the torque of the torque tube clamp.

Packing Machine: pack pellets into 20-50kg/bag or 1 ton bag. Advantage: easily to be transported to final users' site.
