According to the work arrangement of the production department, the transportation and unloading tasks of the fully mechanized hydraulic support Dongda Lane (East Yishang Shimenkou) to the unloading location are undertaken by me. To ensure the safety of transportation and unloading, the following safety measures are formulated to implement the cadres and employees of the whole team. Study hard and strictly enforce it.
1. The district team established the transportation and unloading safety leading group with the captain as the team leader to strengthen the safety management of transportation and unloading operations. On-duty and class cadres strictly implement various safety technical measures, and are responsible for the division of safety responsibility of on-site workers. The cadres and workers are the same as the workers, and the safety work is checked throughout.
2. All participants must firmly establish the idea of ​​“safety first†and strictly prohibit “three violationsâ€.
3. Strictly implement the on-site handover system. When the operator enters the work site, the safety status of all equipment in the work area must be checked in detail. The existing safety hazards must be excluded before operation. It is strictly forbidden to work in the work area.
4. Preparations for transportation and unloading operations at Dongda Alley:
A. The installation and commissioning of the hydraulic pump station and the installation of the hydraulic pipeline must be completed and ensured to be in good condition and normal use.
B. Set up a stable car at the head of Dongda Lane and make sure it is in good condition. The stable car is fixed by the ground anchor and must be added with “four pressures and two turns†to ensure safe and reliable use of the stable car.
C. Set clear, sensitive and reliable sound and light signals in the place where the car is unsecured and unloaded, and the signal of the unloading place moves with the movement of the unloading place. It is strictly prohibited to lag.
D. Thoroughly clean all scum and debris in the work area (placed in the hydraulic support area) to ensure clean and tidy.
E. According to the requirements of track laying, thoroughly check the integrity of the track, and find hidden dangers in time to ensure safe transportation.
F. Check the integrity of the hydraulic unit pillars used to ensure the safety of use. It is strictly forbidden to use the single pillars with unloading phenomenon.
G. Tools ready to unload, such as: anchor chains, bolts, rope sets, etc.
5. Install the hydraulic support unloading platform. The unloading platform must be installed at the designated position of the production department and ensure safety and reliability.
6. After the unloading platform has been installed, remove all the tracks in front of the unloading platform (placed in the hydraulic support area) and level the roadway.
7. The hydraulic support vehicle to be loaded is to be operated to the east gate of Dongda Alley, and the team will undertake the transportation and unloading of the unloading platform.
8. Before transportation: The vehicle must be thoroughly inspected for the integrity of the vehicle and the fixed parts; the special person must be sent to check the integrity of the track, the closure and reinforcement of the switch, and the safety hazards must be dealt with in a timely manner to ensure safe transportation. Otherwise, transportation is strictly prohibited.
9. The transportation of Shimenkou to the unloading platform section of Dongyi Shangshan takes manpower cart operation, and it is strictly forbidden to drive the vehicle. Safety instructions for human stroller operations:
A. The cart personnel must wear miners' boots and prevent slipping.
B. When pushing a cart, only one vehicle can be pushed at a time. It is strictly forbidden to work on both sides of the vehicle, and when the cart is working, the manpower on the left and right sides must be balanced to prevent the heavy truck from rolling over.
C. At least send 2 people to explore the road ahead of time, with a distance of no less than 50 meters. One of them is responsible for the inspection and dialing of tracks and switches, and reminds the front operators that they must hide in a safe place. The other person is responsible for checking the safety of the lane and the top. It is found that the pipelines and wires that may hit the heavy truck must be whistled in advance.
D. At least one person was broken, and the rear vehicle was immediately whistled and stopped to stop the car.
E. Follow-up cadres and team leaders received an alarm signal, immediately evacuated the cart personnel to a safe place and found out the reasons, and took measures to eliminate hidden dangers. Otherwise, it is strictly forbidden to continue the cart work.
F. When you are 20 meters away from the curve and the road, you must stop the car first. The cadres, the team leader and the production department personnel should carefully check and confirm the precautions before proceeding with transportation to ensure safety.
G. When the cart is working, when the side of the lane is narrow, it is strictly forbidden to work or stand on the side of the narrow side.
10. Loading the hydraulic support vehicle After running to the unloading platform, the vehicle and the rail must be firmly connected by anchor chains and bolts to ensure safe and rear unloading operation.
11. Inspection before unloading work:
A. Thoroughly inspect the unloading platform, check the reliability and stability of the vehicle and track connection, and ensure the safety of unloading operations.
B. Thoroughly check the stability of the stable car and the integrity of the hook head, safety rope, signal, etc. to ensure safe use.
12. Use a rope cover to complete the connection between the hydraulic bracket and the hook head and ensure that the connection is safe and reliable.
13. All operators must be evacuated to a safe place before the unloading operation, away from the hydraulic support vehicle; no one is allowed to stand in any area between the vehicle and the stable vehicle and on both sides of the vehicle.
14. When unloading the vehicle, a special person must be dispatched to prohibit the passage of any personnel at the unloading location 20 meters away and at the stable vehicle installation location.
15. The unloading of the hydraulic support adopts stable traction, and it is strictly forbidden to unload the vehicle. Note on the use of stable car:
A, we must strictly implement the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". The driver of the stable car must be certified to work, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the job, waiting for posts, etc.; the system checks the integrity, fastening and reliability of the equipment and facilities within their respective areas of responsibility. The problem must be reported first and foremost, only in the security inspectors, production departments and class cadres. Check and confirm before use.
B. The stable operation of the car must implement the “six-one-one-one-in-one†safety management, and strictly implement the “small winch “five-in-one†signature approval system, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to operate.
C, stable car must run at low speed, high-speed operation is strictly prohibited.
D. The driver must drive in strict accordance with the prescribed signal: one stop, two pulls, three sounds, four sounds slow pull, five sound slow release.
E. It is strictly forbidden to drive the car to prevent the safety facilities from driving properly.
F. The remaining rope of the stable car roller shall not be less than 4 laps, otherwise it is forbidden to use.
16. After the hydraulic support is pulled to the placed position with the stable car, the parking signal must be immediately sent out and the connection part removed.
17. Use hydraulic unit to push the hydraulic bracket to the placement position. Note on using the single top hydraulic support:
A. Two single pillars must be used at the same time, one left and one right, and must be topped (set) on the base of the hydraulic support. It is strictly prohibited to be placed in other positions.
B. When used, the top of the unit is placed on the base of the hydraulic support, and the bottom is placed on the right upper left/left hydraulic support base, and the bottom of the unit is flattened with a template.
C. The hydraulic support is placed at the designated placement position by the steps of lifting the left and right, then left and then right.
D. After the hydraulic support is placed, evacuate the single pillar and the wooden board and place them in the designated position.
18. The order of hydraulic support placement is: from inside to outside, first left and right, and the gap between each hydraulic support is 200mm, and the clearance is less than 200mm.
19. After the racking area between the unloading rack and the stabilizing car (the designated area of ​​the production section) is placed, move the unloading stand outward (20 m each time) and fix it securely, and remove all the tracks in the unloading stand. And leveling the roadway before continuing the unloading operation; otherwise, it is strictly forbidden to continue the operation. Move the unloading station outwards in sequence until all hydraulic supports are unloaded.
20. If the vehicle is down during operation, it is strictly forbidden to manpower or retract the track by stabilizing the vehicle. The unloading platform must be moved to the front of the drop-off vehicle and the unloading platform and the vehicle must be fixed. After ensuring safety and reliability, the track within 5 meters in front of the unloading platform should be removed and the roadway be leveled. The hydraulic support should be unloaded and pulled to the demolition by steady traction. In the track area, use the single pillar to push the bracket to the left side of the roadway, and then pull the vehicle to the position of the hydraulic bracket, and then use the single body to push the bracket into the specified placement area.
