The distiller is an all-glass structure. Distillers can be removed. Steam cleaning is set after each sample is distilled. In the empty steam cleaning process, the cooling water in the cooling pipe can be automatically discharged, the temperature in the pipe can be increased, and high-temperature steam can be used to drive away trace residual ammonia, thereby effectively overcoming the cross contamination of the N15. The center of the distillation system is the rotating body, which is already the core part of the Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer. Both ends are a pair of mechanical logic components, 'have vent valves, base valves, steam valves, and cooling water valves. This logic element is designed according to the analysis program and performs the respective logic functions in order.

Distillation of each batch of samples takes place in several distillation units before and after, and 25-30 samples per hour can be distilled. Distillation of each sample was carried out continuously for one week in operation. Each sample was steamed for 10-15 minutes to ensure sufficient distillation time.
