A circulating water pump real-time quantity adjustment system, for a heating system with a design capacity of about 1 to 1.5 kW per 10,000 square meters, the power saving rate can reach 50 to 80%, and the current advanced pump design is more advanced. The calculated power saving rate is 33.8%.

From the functional design and operation adjustment, the system firstly ensures the stable and safe operation of the heating system. The application of the system does not require the modification of large equipment, and the one-time debugging according to the technical scheme is completed. After that, the operation is automatically adjusted. . If the original design is based on a reasonable quality control system, the investment of 0.15~0.3 yuan per square meter of heating area can be recovered within 1~2 heating periods. The mentioned power saving rate is obtained in a state where the initial design of the primary circulating water pump is relatively reasonable. For the general heating system in the industry, the operating capacity of the primary circulating water pump is about 1 to 1.5 kW per 10,000 square meters of heating area. For those systems that have been pumped for 2 to 3 kW or more per 10,000 square meters of heating area that were originally unreasonable in design, operation, and regulation, the system is saved on the basis of the power saving of the technology, and the original design and use are unreasonable and wasted. In a heating period in Beijing from 2004 to 2005, the test operation after the real-time quantity control system was used. The heating area of ​​600,000 square meters, the pump capacity per 10,000 square meters was 1.25kW, and the electricity saving rate was 68% this year; In 2005-2006, the electricity saving rate was 72% during the heating period; in the heating period of 2006-2007, as of February 2007, the electricity saving rate reached 79%. Another example is a heating plant in Beijing, with a heating area of ​​1.85 million square meters and a pump capacity of 1.03 kW per 10,000 square meters. As of February 2007, the power saving rate was 53%. The plant only modified the electric control cabinet of the circulating pump. The pipe network and the heat exchange station did not make any modifications, and achieved such satisfactory results (the investment cost was recovered during 1.9 heating periods).
