First of all, the relevant situation shall be notified and publicized in a timely manner to export toy manufacturers in the jurisdiction, and the enterprises shall be given due attention and production shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the exporting countries.
Secondly, we must pay close attention to the use of plasticizers and silicone rubber on the site of toy production enterprises in the area to carry out inventory, requiring companies to establish a sound product quality and safety monitoring system, and strengthen the plasticizer project testing.
Third, encourage companies not to use phthalate-containing plasticizers and switch to environmentally friendly non-toxic plasticizers. At the same time, in the daily supervision, phthalate testing and inspection of toy products containing Plastic Parts in enterprises shall be strengthened, and the testing of plasticizers for PVC soft plastic toys shall be emphasized. So far, a total of 18 products have been selected for plasticizer testing.
Fourthly, in conjunction with the filing of the first toy product, in accordance with the requirements of exporting countries, it is checked whether the products containing PVC soft plastic parts are tested for plasticizer items. If the product has not been tested, relevant inspections must be conducted in a timely manner. Make a record. For products that have already been filed, the company is required to present a plasticizer project inspection report at the time of inspection, and if it is not possible to produce a report, the company is required to step up sample testing.
