(2) When the temperature of the heating zone continues to rise to about 148°C, the balance data still does not increase. The rubber injection machine shows that the heating zone does not generate volatility in a vacuum environment below 150°C; (3) After the end of the test, a small vacuum occurs. The observation in the tank confirmed that there was no oil stain on the thermally controlled multi-layer surface of the infrared heating cage black paint.

In summary, the purpose of the second verification test in the small vacuum tank is reached, ie, the infrared heating cage decontaminated by the vacuum high temperature environment will not be generated when the vacuum heat test passes through the liquid nitrogen process and the high temperature is below 150°C. Volatilize.
