The molecular structure of PTFE ultrafine powder is the same as that of polytetrafluoroethylene, except that its molecular weight is 30,000-200,000, the average particle size is 1-20 μm. The molecular weight of polytetrafluoroethylene is 1000,000-10000,000, and the average particle size is 25. ~800μm.

     Physical properties of PTFE ultrafine powder Particle size, shape and specific surface area are the main factors affecting the performance of ultrafine powder.
