China's environmental monitoring instruments and instruments still need to develop

For the problems at this stage, our country must first increase the investment in scientific research that is urgently needed for environmental protection work, and include the development of environmental monitoring technologies in the key areas of environmental research. With the help of various supporting policies of the country, we will promote the industrialization and technical upgrading of environmental monitoring instruments. At the same time, we will promote the integration of scientific research and production of monitoring instruments and encourage environmental monitoring equipment manufacturers, universities and scientific research institutions to adopt various methods to carry out technical cooperation and accelerate the transformation of environmental monitoring technologies.

From the second half of 2013, the market structure of China's monitoring equipment has undergone major changes. The field monitoring has developed in the direction of all-round field monitoring, and it has evolved from simple ground environmental monitoring to combined with remote sensing environmental monitoring.

In addition, many experts suggested increasing scientific research investment and relying on various supporting policies of the country to promote the industrialization and upgrading of environmental monitoring instruments. At the same time, we will promote the integration of scientific research and production of monitoring instruments and encourage environmental monitoring equipment manufacturers, universities and scientific research institutions to adopt various methods to carry out technical cooperation and accelerate the transformation of environmental monitoring technologies.

From the enterprise level, it is necessary to promote the reorganization of production companies, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and accelerate the process of localization of high-tech products. For foreign advanced monitoring equipment for complete sets of technologies, we encourage the introduction, digestion, and absorption of key technologies from abroad, and joint venture production, and gradually realize localization.

The government should increase the supervision and management of environmental monitoring instruments and accelerate the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations. Establish and improve the operational marketization mechanism and qualification accreditation system of the environmental automatic monitoring system to eliminate the negative impact caused by the chaos in the operating market. Improve the development planning and technical policies of environmental monitoring instruments in a timely manner, clarify the direction of the development of environmental monitoring instruments, guide and standardize the healthy development of environmental monitoring instruments, and avoid blind obedience for enterprises.

According to data analysis, in the next 2-3 years, as the country continues to increase investment in environmental monitoring, the environmental monitoring instrumentation market will maintain a growth rate of more than 20%, much higher than the economic development rate over the same period. It is estimated that by 2016, the entire environmental monitoring instrumentation market will exceed 25 billion.
