Rubber Valley builds an international cooperation platform for the rubber industry
March 26, 2014, at the 2014 annual meeting of China's rubber, Thailand and China (Qingdao) Rubber industry trade cooperation and investment opportunities seminars held simultaneously. During this period, he deliberately exchanged in-depth exchanges with General Manager of Rubber Valley Zhang Hao on the development of the rubber industry. In recent years, the large fluctuations in natural rubber prices and low prices have seriously damaged the interests of rubber farmers. Rubber Valley's natural rubber spot trading center has achieved a natural connection between farmers and merchants through model innovation, and has appropriately reduced the number of intermediate transactions to allow natural rubber. Zhou Wei, deputy director of the Qingdao Foreign Affairs Office Friendship Association Secretariat, said that as China's largest import port for natural rubber and an important distribution center for natural rubber resources, Qingdao imports more than 1.7 million tons of natural rubber a year, accounting for 60% of the country's natural rubber imports. Above, it has become one of China's important rubber industry and rubber research and technology centers. All these have provided good industrial demand for supply relations between Qingdao and Southeast Asian countries, and have assisted Southeast Asian countries in achieving technological upgrading of the rubber industry.
Zhang Hao said that in the face of new historical opportunities, Rubber Valley proposed to create a high-end innovative cooperation platform and demonstration park for the 21st century “Maritime Silk Roadâ€. Through the establishment of the China (Qingdao) Rubber Industry Expo, which is based on the main economic pillar rubber industry in Southeast Asia, the rubber industry exchange and cooperation platform between China and Southeast Asian countries will be established; and a regional international economic and cultural exchange platform with Southeast Asian countries as the core will be established. Build the ASEAN (International) Business and Trade Cultural Exchange Center; focus on the industrial upgrading of Southeast Asian countries, and use technology, equipment, and intellectual property as the carrier to represent China's state-of-the-art tire manufacturing turnkey projects to promote industrial upgrading and regional common prosperity in Southeast Asian countries; Taking natural rubber as a breakthrough, we have established a new supply chain system that breaks through tradition with Southeast Asian countries.
