Regular maintenance of the project, inspection of the contents, disassembly and assembly methods, technical specifications and illustrations of the parts." This means that 4S stores will no longer have a monopoly advantage. Because the owner can purchase accessories of the same quality as the original parts based on the public information. After the auto repair shop has the relevant information, it can also provide accurate maintenance and homogenous parts replacement services for the owner, thus competing with the maintenance service of the 4S shop.

Ordinary repair shops can also buy original parts

According to the requirements of the new regulations, each automobile producer shall file with the Ministry of Transport the relevant information on the disclosure of its vehicle maintenance technical information before December 31, 2015. Zhu Shifu, who is very concerned about the new regulations, said that for the "new stereotyped" models, car manufacturers will have CCC-certified passenger cars and buses starting from January 1, 2016. Technical information shall be disclosed for repair within 6 months; from January 1, 2017, for CCC-certified trucks and semi-trailer tractors, technical information shall be disclosed for repair within 6 months from the date of listing.
