12V230 diesel engine test completed

Recently, the 12V230 diesel engine jointly developed by Qiyiyi and Shaanxi Chai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. completed the 100-hour endurance test. This marks the end of the machine's independent research and development work. As the key research project of the “10th Five-Year Plan”, the first test prototype of the 12V230 machine was independently developed by the 711 and completed by Shaanxi Heavy Industry. After more than three years of program design, technical preparation, and parts manufacturing, in October last year, the 12V230 machine test prototype completed by Shaanxi Diesel Heavy Industry was delivered to 711. Subsequently, the machine has completed the test system adjustment test, running-in test, performance adjustment test and 100-hour endurance test, and has accumulated more than 160 hours of operation, fully completing the tasks specified in the test program.
