The first-phase methanol unit is an integrated methanol project using coal as raw materials. It mainly includes boiler thermoelectricity, gasification, methanol synthesis, methanol distillation, acetic acid, and ethyl acetate plants. The project control system adopts a large-scale joint control system in the control of a total of 55 operating stations, 2 OPC servers, and 33 control stations. The gasifier uses a multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifier, which represents the development trend of modern large-scale coal gasification technology.
