The world's largest single-column capacity transformer was developed

Recently, the world’s first 1000-kilovolt, 1000-megavolt-ampere dual-column structure and single-column 500-mV high-voltage autotransformer were independently designed and independently manufactured by China West Power Group Corporation in Xidian Group Changzhou Xidian Transformer Co., Ltd. The responsible company broke the world record of the maximum capacity of 334 mega Volt of a single column of UHV transformers through all the routine tests and type tests, indicating that China’s UHV AC project construction has achieved new major technological innovations and autonomous equipment manufacturing. The innovation results have been consolidated and developed.

This 1000 kV and 1000 MV volt high voltage transformer was designed and manufactured by Xi'an Xideng Transformer Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Changzhou Xidian Transformer Co., Ltd., representing the highest level of design and manufacture of UHV transformers in the world today. .

It is understood that the test results show that the 1000 kV and 1000 MV volt transformers have reached the world's leading level in terms of insulation resistance, partial discharge, temperature rise and noise, and are more than three-column ultra-high voltage transformers of the same capacity. With new progress, we have achieved the goal of upgrading domestic power transmission and transformation manufacturing technology to the international advanced level through UHV construction.

Water Mill Machine

Our company has 36 sets of 40-ton water mills machine, which is the most efficient grinding equipment in the industry. It is divided into two processes, coarse grinding and fine grinding. The final fineness is 500 mesh, which guarantees the fineness of ingredients and the stability of product quality.

Spray tower:

Our company has one 10,000-type spray tower and two 3000-type spray towers to ensure the strength of the powder and the uniform granulation.

Rotary kiln:

Our company has 2 large-scale rotary kiln with a daily output of 600 tons of clinker, which can fully guarantee the self-supply of clinker.
