Introduction of the machine:
This carbon briquette pressing machine is used to make the dry materials such as
charcoal and coal into different kinds of shape with customer's need. It is widely
applied in the industries such as refractory material, electric power plant, metallurgy, chemical industry,
energy, transportation and heating, etc.

What material can be made the briquettes?
Many material can press to ball, such as Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Cotton Stalk,
Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk,
Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith and other wastes & residues like Castor
Shell, Red Gram Stalk, Tobacco stem, Tea Waste, Sander Dust, Tree Bark, Wild
Grasses & Shrubs and Sander dust.

The production line:

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).

2.Dry the material by dryer machine , till the moisture contentÂ is less than 12%.

3.Put the material into sawdust carbonation stove.

4.Then put the charcoal dust into the coal briquette machine.
