The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue heavy rain yellow warnings at 06:00 on the 14th: August 14th August to August 8th August 15th, most of the Sichuan Basin, southern Shaanxi, south-central and eastern Shandong, northeastern Inner Mongolia, most of Heilongjiang, Jilin Grand Heavy rains or torrential rains were recorded in the Ministry, eastern Liaoning, and most of Hainan and southwestern Yunnan.
Among them, there are heavy torrential rains in parts of the western part of the Sichuan Basin, southern Heilongjiang Province and the western part of the country, and the local regions are accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-duration thunderstorms and strong winds.
