British Airport employees open wrong course and caused thousands of boarding delays

Thousands of people were forced to wait in line for security after the mistakes made by the staff at Stansted Airport.

According to a report on the British "Daily Mail" on January 4, staff at Stansted Airport in the United Kingdom will wait for boarding and passengers arriving at the airport to confuse and open the wrong entrance door, causing thousands of people to board. At that time, a flight from Lisbon had just landed on the airport. A small number of passengers on the plane entered the international flight departure lounge via the wrong channel instead of leaving the station. A spokesman for the airline’s subsidiary, Ryanair Airlines, said: “We are fully cooperating with the airport’s instructions because it will divert passengers from the next passengers, but airport personnel have opened the wrong door.” The airport spokesperson said they did not know why the passengers had entered the terminal. At the door of the room, they may have taken the wrong door, or have had the wrong staff. The airport is currently investigating the matter.

Many passengers expressed their anger on social media. Passenger Duncan McKay said: "The safety of Stansted airport is still continuing. The queue is long and the communication signal is not good." James James Carter also said: "Stansted Airport has long queued for security, and it has been 2 hours!"
