Zoomlion's 60-seat chassis-powered vehicle-mounted pump top smoothly off the assembly line
Recently, Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company's cost-effective product developed for the Brazilian market - Brazil's 60-seat chassis-powered on-board pump-mounted K609R was successfully rolled out at Silicon Valley Industrial Park. The product's off-line marks the completion of the entire series of on-board pump-mounted products tailor-made for the Brazilian market.
Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Co., Ltd. independently developed a 50-ship (81KW), 60-party (110KW) on-vehicle pump for the Mercedes-Benz engine series for the Brazilian market; a 90-square (174KW) on-board outfit for the VOLVO engine series, and recently released FORD1317e chassis to take power onboard pump mounted K609R.
In terms of technological innovation, the product is the first conventional detachable on-vehicle pump to meet the requirements of container transportation in the industry. At the beginning of development, Zoomlion K609R took into account container volume requirements, and designed the sub-frames and sections of the walking platform that exceed the container's width to be bolted to facilitate disassembly, while reducing logistics costs and reducing risks.
In terms of cost performance, this product saves one diesel engine compared to the same amount of on-board pump in the industry, cancels the electric high-low voltage switchover, changes the washing machine cleaning into pneumatic cleaning, and reduces the customer's purchase cost. Components have high technology maturity and versatility, which can effectively reduce the number and types of spare parts and reduce maintenance costs.
