They also recommend lightweight vehicles to be used in the case of standard loading.

On the other hand, an important change for the axle is the integrated design of the bearings in the wheel end. Before this, when you want to replace the brake pads, you must remove the entire bearing, which takes a lot of time. Now many manufacturers have thought of this problem and made some improvements. Specifically, the bearing is made into a unit structure. Bearings, oil seals, and grease are integrated in the unit. The bearing clearance is free from adjustment. When you replace the brake pads in this way, you only need to twist the wheel cover to remove the entire bearing, which can be easily done.


At present, several domestic axle manufacturers are striving to improve their own round of maintenance-free mileage. For example, Guangdong Fuhua has launched a maintenance-free round of 1 million kilometers in Europe for five years.
