Heavy-flotation production process in Japan

The chemical composition (%) of the ore is SiO 2 52.94, Al 2 O 3 19.71, CaO 8.47, Fe 2 O 3 5.51, S 4.09, MgO 3.30, Hg 0.16. Flotation gives the ore particle size of 53.8%-200 mesh, and the pulp concentration is 15%~25%. The dosage (g/t) of the agent is: pentyl potassium xanthate 130, cyanide 40, and alcohol 110.
